He is an engineering graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology (MIT), and holds a Master’s Degree in Engineering and a Law Degree from University of California at Berkeley. (UC Berkeley has the number one rated intellectual property law program in the United States). He also completed a one year course in International Law at Harvard Law School.
